We are close to a perfect pick here. Anyone over 35 has trouble seeing the text, and the font is a severe threat to every educated typograph. The title is so vague, it doesn't say a thing about the site, and probably it doesn't quite come to yourself

either. The menu is so confusing half of your visitors is not likely to explore much of the site, which is ok because the content is mostly about every other site that has thrown up your link on theirs. And not to mention all the fierce awards you have won, or claim you have won.
